Description: We are looking for a Polish-speaking volunteer to help us reach out to the Polish community in Plymouth. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that members of the Polish community are aware of the services and support available to them through Citizens Advice Plymouth.
Responsibilities:
- Translate informational materials, flyers, and social media posts into Polish.
- Assist in creating and distributing Polish-language content that highlights our services.
- Reach out to Polish community groups, organizations, and social media platforms to share information about Citizens Advice Plymouth.
- Provide language support during community events or workshops aimed at the Polish community.
- Collect feedback from the Polish community to help us improve our outreach efforts.
Requirements:
- Native Polish speaker with good proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in translation or community outreach is a plus.
- Passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in the community.
